商用车悬架侧倾角刚度的计算与匹配

摘要 文章分析研究商用汽车悬架侧倾角刚度的理论计算与设计匹配方法。详细介绍确定商用车各类型悬架侧倾中心的方法,分析侧倾力矩的构成与侧倾角刚度的计算方法;讨论侧倾角刚度与平顺性、操稳性的关系,并重点分析前后悬架侧倾刚度分配对转向不足的影响,提出商用车前后轴侧倾角刚度分配比例的建议。研究结果可应用于商用汽车悬架的优化设计,提升车辆行驶性能。 This paper analyzes the theoretical calculation and design matching method of roll stiffness for commercial vehicle suspension. The method of determining roll center of various types of commercial vehicle suspension is introduced in detail, and the composition of roll moment and calculation method of roll stiffness are analyzed. The relationship between the roll stiffness and the ride comfort and handling stability is discussed. The influence of the roll stiffness distribution of the front and rear suspension on the understeer is analyzed. The proposal of the proportion of the roll stiffness distribution of the front and rear axles of commercial vehicles is made. The results can be applied to the optimal design of commercial vehicle suspension to improve vehicle driving performance.
