车型A汽车燃油表控制策略和失效模式分析

摘要 在车辆行驶的过程中,燃油逐渐消耗,油面下降。油箱内的液位传感器将当前的电阻值通过线束传输到燃油泵控制单元,燃油泵控制单元将经过内部滤波处理计算出剩余油量,同时发动机控制单元将发动机当前燃油的消耗值传递给燃油泵控制单元,燃油泵控制单元根据这两组值进行综合计算后得出一个剩余油量值,把剩余油量值传递给组合仪表进行显示,驾驶者通过组合仪表燃油表指示及时了解当前剩余油量信息。汽车燃油表油量显示失效引起的问题,对驾驶员和乘客带来很大安全隐患。文章从故障车型A的燃油显示系统入手,研究了燃油泵的结构和工作原理,液位传感器与燃油表显示数值之间的数据传输原理,阐明了车型A燃油表显示值与液位传感器输出电阻之间的标定值,对影响燃油表准确性的主要因素进行分析汇总。 When the vehicle is running, the fuel is gradually consumed, which will cause the oil level to drop. The liquid level sensor in the fuel tank transmits the current resistance value to the fuel pump control unit through the wiring harness. The fuel pump control unit will calculate the remaining fuel through internal filtering processing. At the same time, the engine control unit transmits the current fuel consumption value of the engine to the fuel pump control unit. According to the comprehensive calculation of these two sets of values, a remaining fuel quantity value is obtained, and the remaining fuel quantity value is transmitted to the combination meter for display. The driver can obtain the current remaining fuel quantity information in time through the combination meter fuel gauge. The problem caused by the failure of the fuel display of the car’s fuel gauge has caused great safety hazards to the driver and passengers. This article starts with the fuel display system of faulty model A,studies the structure and working principle of the fuel pump, the principle of data transmission between the level sensor and the displayed value of the fuel gauge, and clarifies the calibration value display value of the fuel gauge of model A between the output resistance of the level sensor. The main factors affecting the accuracy of the fuel gauge are analyzed and summarized.
