后桥差主环装配线动素分析及作业平衡

摘要 随着全国基础设施建设规模的不断扩大,重型汽车的需求也随之增加,与之配套汽车中后桥总成需求量也越来越大,公司现有装配线虽然针对市场对产能和产品多样化需求尽管做出了一定的改善,但是仍存在问题。文章针对装配线现状,从操作者的空间舒适度及安全性等方面出发,运用人因工程、物流优化等方法改善装配线。同时,运用动作分析四项原则对装配线差主环线工位的每项作业装配动作归纳分析,建立作业标准。经过改善,装配线平衡率从82.3%提高到96.9%,装配日实际产量由536根增加到优化后的650根。 With the continuous expansion of China’s infrastructure construction scale, the demand for heavy-duty vehicles has also increased, and the demand for the rear axle assemblies of the matching vehicles has also increased. Although the company’s existing assembly line has made some improvements in response to the market’s demand for production capacity and product diversity,there are still problems. According to the status quo of the assembly line, starting from the operator’s space comfort and safety, this article focuses on human factors engineering, logistics optimization and other methods to improve the assembly line. At the same time, the four principles of motion analysis are used to summarize and analyze the assembly motions of each operation in the main ring station of the assembly line to establish operating standards. After improvement, the balance rate of the assembly line increased from 82.3% to 96.9%, and the actual daily output of the assembly increased from 536 roots to 650 roots.
