摘要
为适应高校教学改革的形势,我校在一些基础课程、专业课程进行了大胆的尝试。在OBE教育的理念下,结合教学的经验,剖析教学过程中存在的问题,在制订教学目标、优化教学方案、学生被动学习、优化考核方式几方面进行了改革尝试,取得了较好的成效。以学生为中心的教学理念初步形成,学生自发学习的积极性显著提高,创新思想已渗透到学习、生活的各个方面,知识转化为行为能力得到固化。本次教学改革的经验也为其他教师的后序课程的改革提供借鉴,为学校今后所有课程的改革提供参考。
In order to adapt to the situation of teaching reform in colleges and universities, our school has also made bold attempts in some basic courses and professional courses. Under the concept of outcome based education(OBE) education, combined with teaching experience, the problems in the teaching process were analyzed, and reform attempts were made in formulating teaching objectives,optimizing teaching plans, students’ passive learning and optimizing assessment methods, then good results were achieved. The student-centered teaching concept has been initially formed. The enthusiasm of students to learn spontaneously has been significantly improved. The innovative ideas have penetrated into all aspects of learning and life, and the ability to transform knowledge into behavior has been solidified. The experience of this teaching reform also provides a reference for the reform of other teachers’ subsequent courses, and provides a reference for the reform of all courses in the school in the future.
