乡村振兴背景下特岗教师专业发展对策探究

摘要 随着乡村振兴战略的实施,农村现代化建设步入了新的征程。农村教育是农村现代化建设的关键,关系到我国教育的均衡发展,而农村教育问题的关键因素之一是教师。“特岗计划”实施16年来,累计为中西部补充了数百万特岗教师,已成为实现乡村振兴的重要力量。但目前特岗教师在专业发展中仍面临着职业理念不够成熟、专业学科知识欠缺、教学技能偏弱等问题。从公共部门人力资源管理与开发的视角分析了特岗教师专业发展问题产生的原因,并从政策、招聘机制和培训机制等方面提出相应的解决策略,以期促进“特岗计划”的实施。 With the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy, rural modernization has entered a new journey. Rural education is the key of rural modernization construction, which is related to the balanced development of our education, while one of the key factors of rural education problems is teachers. Since its implementation 16 years ago, the “Special Post Program” has added millions of special post teachers to the central and western regions, and has become an important force for rural revitalization. However, in the professional development of special post teachers, there are still some problems such as immature professional concept, lack of professional knowledge and weak teaching skills. From the perspective of human resources management and development in the public sector, this paper analyzes the causes of the problems of professional development of special post teachers, and puts forward corresponding solutions from the aspects of policy, recruitment mechanism and training mechanism, in order to promote the implementation of “special post plan”.
