高职外语教师职业外语能力发展的行动研究--以广东高职院校外语教师个案为例

摘要 高等职业教育发展在经济发展新格局重构进程中,呈现出新时代产教融合共同体发展模式。从产教融合共同体发展视角,围绕高职外语教师职业外语能力发展的问题研究、界定高等职业教育外语教师职业外语能力标准及高等职业教育外语教师职业外语能力发展的路径与对策进行讨论,在研读文献、实地调研与纪实研究的基础上,通过行动研究方法,探究职业外语教师专业发展问题,并力求对高等职业教育外语教师职业外语能力发展提出参考建议。 In the process of reconstructing the new pattern of economic development, the development of higher vocational education presents the development model of the integration of industry and education in the new era. From the perspective of integration of industry and education, this paper researches on foreign language teachers’ vocation-oriented foreign language competence development in higher vocational education, defines their foreign language competence standards and works out the corresponding developmental path and solutions. Based on previous literature, field research and documentary research and through action research method, this paper attempts to probe into the professional development of vocational foreign teachers and provide suggestions for the growth of higher vocational education foreign teachers’ vocation-oriented foreign language competence.
