摘要 工程伦理教育是我国高等工程教育体系的重要组成部分,大学阶段的专业工程伦理教育直接面对未来的工程师,也是提高未来工程师道德素养的有效途径。以北京理工大学工程伦理教学实践为例,探索了基于师师关系、生生关系和师生关系的工程伦理生态化教学体系,提出了改善工程伦理教学效果的有效途径,即组建跨领域生态化教学团队、跨专业学生生态化学习融合、线上线下沉浸式生态化环境及贯穿工程项目全周期的工程实践全过程生态化渗透。 Engineering ethics education is an important part of China’s higher engineering education system.The professional engineering ethics education at university level directly faces the future engineers, and is also an effective way to improve the moral literacy of future engineers. Taking Engineering Ethics teaching practice of Beijing Institute of Technology as an example, this paper explores the ecological Engineering Ethics teaching system based on teacher-teacher relationship, student-student relationship and teacher-student relationship, and puts forward effective ways to improve the engineering ethics teaching effect, namely, the establishment of crossfield ecological teaching team, cross-major ecological learning integration of students, online and offline immersive ecological environment, and ecological infiltration of the whole process of engineering practice throughout the whole cycle of engineering projects.
