行业大师为导教主体培育工匠式设计专业人才--南宁学院设计类专业应用型人才培养途径探索

摘要 我国现阶段,就业谋生仍然是学生接受高等教育的最主要动因。因此,如何教会学生一门谋生手艺、一身创业本领、一种发展能力,是高校深化教学改革的重要目标。应用型高校设计类本科专业培育工匠式设计人才,是这一目标的具体表现。培育工匠式设计人才,关键因素是教师。以南宁学院为研究对象,提出以行业大师为导教主体培育工匠式设计专业人才的改革思路和措施,并从以能力产出导向全面改革人才培养模式,培育培养工匠式设计人才的土壤;引进行业大师构建符合工匠式设计人才培育的导教队伍;组建大师工坊,搭建工匠式设计人才培养实验平台和教学空间;实行师徒式项目化教学,融产、教、学、研、训、赛于一体,传、帮、带、创相结合;以大师导教队伍为主体,工作室为平台,重构人才培养流程五个方面深化改革。 At this stage in China, employment and livelihood are still the main motivation for receiving higher education. Therefore, how to teach students a living skill, entrepreneurial ability and development ability is an important goal of deepening teaching reform in colleges and universities. It is a concrete manifestation of this goal to cultivate craftsman design talents for undergraduate majors of design in application-oriented colleges and universities. The key factor in cultivating craftsman design talents is teachers. Based on this, taking Nanning University as the research object, this paper puts forward the reform ideas and measures of cultivating craftsman design professionals with industry masters as the guiding subject, and comprehensively reforms the talent training mode from the perspective of ability output, so as to cultivate the soil for cultivating craftsman design talents. We introduce industry masters to build a guidance and teaching team in line with the cultivation of craftsman design talents, set up a master workshop and build an experimental platform and teaching space for the cultivation of craftsman design talents, implement mentoring project-based teaching, integrate production, teaching, learning,research, training and competition, and combine preaching, helping, leading and creation, take the master guidance team as the main body, the studio as the platform, and reconstruct the talent training process to deepen the reform in five aspects.
