医学院校“卫生法学”课程思政建设研究

Research on Curriculum Ideological and Political Education of Health Law Course in Medical Colleges and Universities

高校立身之本在于立德树人,开展课程思政建设是实现立德树人的重要途径,“卫生法学”课程作为医学院校专业课程之一,与思想政治理论课同向同行,聚焦全员全过程全方位育人开展课程思政建设实践。通过研究“卫生法学”课程思政建设目标和现状,分析“卫生法学”课程思政内容融入不足、课程思政建设显性化和形式化及教师思想政治能力薄弱等主要问题,提出坚持实现“卫生法学”课程思政建设双属性目标、坚持开展扎实有效的教学实践、坚持完善课程思政教育质量评价体系等“卫生法学”课程思政建设路径。

The foundation of colleges and universities lies in cultivating students with morality. Carrying out curriculum ideological and political education is an important way to realize the cultivation of students with morality. As one of the professional courses in medical colleges and universities, the course of Health Law goes in the same direction as the ideological and political course, and focuses on the curriculum ideological and political construction practice. By studying the goals and status quo of the ideological and political construction of Health Law, this paper analyzes the main problems of the ideological and political content of Health Law. And we advocate to insist on the dual-attribute goals of curriculum ideological and political construction, adhere to the solid and effective teaching practice of curriculum ideological and political construction, and insist on improving the curriculum ideological and political teaching evaluation system.
