化工企业人力资源绩效管理存在的问题及对策

摘要 随着全球化经济的持续渗透,化工企业的竞争也日渐加剧,企业需要加强人力资源绩效管理,提升企业的市场竞争能力,推动企业的不断发展。在现实中,企业管理制度不健全,管理机制不合理,缺乏专业管理人员,都有可能阻碍企业人力资源绩效管理,限制了化工企业的发展。文章对上述问题进行分析,提出需对应采取的相关方法和措施,以利于有效解决这些问题,使化工企业在激烈的竞争中平稳的发展。 With the continuous penetration of the global economy,the competition of chemical enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce.Enterprises need to strengthen human resource performance management,improve the market competitiveness of enterprises,and promote the continuous development of enterprises.In reality,the imperfect enterprise management system,unreasonable management mechanism and lack of professional management personnel may hinder the performance management of human resources and restrict the development of chemical enterprises.This paper analyzes the above problems and puts forward the relevant methods and measures to be taken in order to effectively solve these problems and make the chemical enterprises develop steadily in the fierce competition.
