高选择性甲基苯丙胺及苯丙胺衍生物的气相色谱分析

摘要 甲基苯丙胺(MA)又名去氧麻黄素,作为苯丙胺类激动剂。MA易使用药者造成心理依赖(一般是精力心理依赖)、中枢神经系统激动、致幻、食欲控制,以及拟交感作用等药理、毒理学特征,为联合国国际精神用药协议规定的精神活动物。由于MA的滥用会对人类机体造成一连串的影响,诸如心跳过速、急性高血压、平均体温过高、横纹肌溶解、5-羟色胺能综合征、羊痫风、颅内大出血、心肌梗死患者、低钠血症或自杀。所以深入研究MA在机体内的药理、毒理和细胞代谢动力学等特性,才能够为防治、诊断提供必要的理论基础。 Methamphetamine(MA),also known as Deoxyephedrine,is used as amphetamine type agonists.MA easy users cause psychological dependence(generally refers to mental energy dependence),central nervous system agitation,hallucinogenic,appetite control,sympathomimetic effect and other pharmacological and toxicological characteristics.It is a living spiritual animal specified in the United Nations international agreement on psychotropic drugs.The abuse of MA will cause a series of effects on human body,such as tachycardia,acute hypertension,mean hyperthermia,rhabdomyolysis,serotonin syndrome,epilepsy,intracranial hemorrhage,myocardial infarction,hyponatremia or suicide.Therefore,in-depth study of the pharmacological,toxicological and cellular metabolic dynamics of MA in the body can provide the necessary theoretical basis for prevention,treatment and diagnosis.
