石化行业每年为市场提供了大量的石油化工类产品,是国家的重点产业。石油化工企业在生产作业中往往涉及了很多的大型设备,设备安装对企业的生产效率、效益都有着至关重要的影响。为确保石油化工设备的可靠运转,在设备安装工程中要重视施工管理,通过全方位的管理工作,提高设备安装的规范性,促进质量、安全目标的实现。基于此,文章重点分析了石油化工设备安装工程的施工管理策略。

The petrochemical industry provides a large number of petrochemical products for the market every year,is a national key industry,but for the development of petrochemical enterprises,in the production operation often involves a lot of large equipment,equipment installation for the production efficiency,have important influence.In order to ensure the reliable operation of petrochemical equipment,the construction management should be paid attention to in the equipment installation project,improve the standardization of equipment installation through the full range of management work,and promote the realization of quality and safety objectives.Based on this,this paper focuses on analyzing the construction management strategy of petrochemical equipment installation engineering.
