石油化工工艺管道的腐蚀及防护技术应用

Corrosion of Pipeline in Petrochemical Enterprises and Protection Technology Application

在石油化工企业生产及经营中,工艺管道是重点维护对象,不仅是化工企业的重要构成部分,还承担着输送能源的重任。当前工艺管道在多种因素的影响之下,存在着腐蚀问题,一旦发生腐蚀情况,必然会降低化工生产的安全性。因此,文章分析了石油化工企业工艺管道腐蚀问题的原因,并提出了相应的防护措施。

In the production and operation of petrochemical enterprises,the process pipeline is the key maintenance object,which is not only an important part of chemical enterprises,but also bears the heavy responsibility of transporting energy.At present,under the influence of many factors,there is corrosion in process pipelines.Once corrosion happens,it will inevitably reduce the safety of chemical production.In this paper,the causes of corrosion of process pipelines in petrochemical enterprises are analyzed,and corresponding protective measures are put forward.
