摘要
针对低速环链电动葫芦,分析了目前现有的高度检测方法和限位装置,以及群吊同步系统,提出了一种内置式葫芦内部的高度检测装置,可以检测吊钩的位置和速度,配合PLC控制系统,可以实现低速环链电动葫芦的群吊控制。该高度检测装置非接触式,便于实现葫芦的智能控制、健康监测、寿命预估、安全保护等功能,具有良好的社会意义和推广价值。
Aiming at the low-speed ring chain electric hoist, the existing height detection method, limit device and group crane synchronization system are analyzed. A built-in height detection device inside the hoist is proposed, which can detect the position and speed of the hook. Combined with the PLC control system, the group crane control of the low-speed ring chain electric hoist can be realized. The height detection device is non-contact, which is convenient to realize the functions of intelligent control, health monitoring, life prediction, safety protection and so on. It has good social significance and popularization value.
