教师掌控力对学生课堂不当行为的影响机制研究

摘要 教师课堂掌控力对于学生显性和隐性课堂不当行为影响机制的探究,从教师角度遏制学生课堂不当行为发生,保证良好教学秩序运行,十分重要。通过对262份调查问卷整理分析,从教师掌控力出发,探讨教师专业知识能力、专业水准、人格魅力对学生课堂不当行为发生的影响。结果表明:教师专业知识能力、专业水准、人格魅力与学生课堂不当行为发生之间呈现明显负相关关系。在此基础上提出有针对性的对策建议以达到提高教师课堂掌控能力,遏制大学生课堂不当行为发生,更好地促进启发式、参与式、合作对话式教学活动的开展。 The investigation of the influence mechanism of teacher’s classroom control on students’ explicit and implicit classroom misconduct is very important to curb the occurrence of students’ classroom misconduct from the teacher’s point of view and ensure the operation of good teaching order. Through the analysis of 262 questionnaires, starting from the teacher’s control, this paper discusses the influence of teacher’s professional knowledge ability, professional standard and personality charm on students’ classroom misconduct. The results showed that there was a clear negative correlation between teacher’s professional ability, professional standard, personality charm and students’ classroom misconduct. On this basis, we put forward targeted countermeasures to improve teachers’ classroom control ability, curb the occurrence of classroom misconduct among college students, and better promote the development of heuristic, participatory and cooperative dialogue teaching activities.
