基于“三教”改革背景下高职活页式教材开发探索

Exploration on Development of Loose Leaf Teaching Materials in Higher Vocational Colleges under Background of “Three Education” Reform

《国家职业教育改革实施方案》提出“三教”(教师、教材、教法)改革的任务。“三教”改革中,教师是主体、是根本,教材是客体、是基础,教法是导体、是途径,三者形成一个闭环的整体。教材是课程改革建设的成果,在人才培养中处于重要地位,加强教材建设是提高职业教育人才培养质量的关键环节。对新型活页式教材设计与开发进行探索,以黑龙江生态工程职业学院“会展政策法规”课程为范例,提出活页式教材设计方案,以点带面,对教师教学方式创新、教学方法改进进行综合研究探索。活页式教材的应用对培养德技并修的高素质劳动者和技术技能人才有着积极的促进作用。

The implementation plan of national vocational education reform puts forward the task of the reform of “three education”(teachers, teaching materials and teaching methods). In the “three education” reform, teachers are the subject and the foundation, teaching materials are the object and the foundation, teaching methods are the conductor and the way. The three form a closed-loop whole. Teaching materials are the achievements of curriculum reform and construction and play an important role in talent training. Strengthening the construction of teaching materials is the key link to improve the quality of talent training in vocational education. This paper explores the design and development of new loose leaf teaching materials. Taking the course of “exhibition policies and regulations” of Heilongjiang Ecological Engineering Vocational College as an example, this paper puts forward the design scheme of loose leaf teaching materials, and comprehensively studies and explores teachers’ teaching innovation team and teaching methods from point to area. The loose leaf textbook has a positive role in promoting the cultivation of high-quality workers and technical talents with both morality and technology.
