摘要
为准确评价复杂结构下含超标缺陷压力容器的安全状况,以在斜接管与筒体焊缝存在超标平面缺陷的烃化反应器为例,采用相控阵等新技术,对缺陷及失效模式进行定性和精确定量分析,并结合有限元分析方法开展了合于使用评价研究.研究结果表明:烃化反应器在该焊缝位置潜在的失效模式为弹塑性断裂失效,采用平面缺陷常规评定方法计算得到的评定点位于失效评定图的安全区内.本研究为该反应器的安全使用提供了科学依据,对类似的工程项目具有借鉴和参考意义.
For accurate evaluation of the safety of pressure vessels with complex structure containing defects beyond tolerance,this paper takes the alkylation reactor with planar defects beyond tolerance in the weld of the inclined pipe and cylinder as an example and makes qualitative and precise quantitative analysis of defects and failure modes by using new technologies such as the phased array.Combining with finite element analysis method,it also carries out research on fitness for-service assessment.The research results indicate that the potential failure mode of the.alkylation reactor was the elastoplastic fracture failure;the evaluation points were located in the safety zone of the failure evaluation diagram which was calculated by adopting conventional planar defect evaluation method.This study provides a scientific basis for the safe operation of the reactor and is of reference and significance for similar engineering projects.
