摘要
从总体目标和思路、方案内容、信息化要素和保障措施等方面对精准医疗服务与产业发展的布局、关键信息因素进行探讨。研究结果对明确精准医疗服务与产业发展内容与目标、确保和推动精准医疗服务与产业良性发展、提升精准医疗服务能力和效率具有一定参考意义。
The paper discusses the layout and key information factors of precision medical service and industry development from the aspects of overall goals and ideas,program content,informatization factors,supporting measures,etc.The study results have certain reference significance for clarifying the content and goals of precision medical service and industry development,ensuring and promoting the benign development of precision medical service and industry,and improving the capacity and efficiency of precision medical service.
