多级离心式鼓风机故障分析及解决措施

摘要 介绍了煤制烯烃项目污水处理系统多级离心式鼓风机出现异常振动,经多次维修振动值高且反复出现,曾经进行过返厂维修,没有彻底解决问题。利用状态检测和频谱图数据分析,找准故障原因并得到了解决,风机运行各项参数均符合指标,实现了运行2a以上零故障目标。 This paper introduces the abnormal vibration of multistage centrifugal blower in sewage treatment system of coal to olefin project.After many times of maintenance,the vibration value is high and appears repeatedly.It has been returned to the factory for maintenance,but the problem has not been completely solved.Using state detection and spectrum diagram data analysis,the fault causes are found and solved.All parameters of fan operation meet the indicators,and the goal of zero fault in operation for more than two years is realized.
