摘要
随着石油化工工业的发展,超高压管式反应器在聚乙烯生产中使用广泛,逐渐成为高压聚乙烯生产装置的核心设备。但由于工作环境易燃、易爆、高压等特点,超高压反应器长期运行的过程中,容易受到损伤,尤其化学腐蚀容易导致其发生裂纹、穿孔等问题,导致反应器发生爆炸很容易给环境带来极大的污染,给社会带来财产损失,给人民带来危害,因此超高压管式反应器的检测维修一直是重要工作之一。超高压管式反应器给工业生产带来了极大的效益,但同时也伴随着高风险,超高压管式反应器内部的物料往往易燃易爆,在设备使用期间还会受到温度、压力、开工停工循环的影响,反应剧烈,超高压管式反应器运行工况复杂多变。结合声发射等检测实验,对自增强中的反应器进行监测,并结合声发射特征时参量的变化,与涡流的检测结果进行对比,可以看出,利用声发射技术可以高效地监测到超高压管式反应器的缺陷,并具备高效、安全的特点。
With the development of petrochemical industry,ultra-high pressure tubular reactor is widely used in polyethylene production,and gradually becomes the core equipment of high-pressure polyethylene production plant.However,due to the characteristics of flammable,explosive and high-pressure working environment,the ultra-high pressure reactor is prone to damage in the process of long-term operation,especially chemical corrosion,which is easy to lead to cracks,perforation and other problems.If problems lead to reactor explosion,it is easy to bring great pollution to the environment,property loss to the society and harm to the people,Therefore,the inspection and maintenance of ultra-high pressure tubular reactor has always been one of the important work of technicians.The ultra-high pressure tubular reactor has brought great benefits to industrial production,but it is also accompanied by high risks.The materials in the ultra-high pressure tubular reactor are often flammable and explosive.During the use of the equipment,they will also be affected by temperature,pressure and start-up and shutdown cycles.The reaction is intense,and the operation conditions of the ultra-high pressure tubular reactor are complex and changeable.Combined with acoustic emission and other testing experiments,the author monitors the self enhancing reactor,and compares the changes of parameters with the eddy current testing results.It can be seen that the defects of ultra-high pressure tubular reactor can be effectively monitored by acoustic emission technology,and has the characteristics of high efficiency and safety.
