摘要
针对ACO装置沉降器和油气急冷换热器结焦导致装置运行周期短的问题,对沉降器、油气冷器入口和出口等3处焦块进行了取样分析。根据分析结果对结焦原因进行了分析,得出聚合结焦、缩合结焦及冷凝结焦是最主要的结焦方式,提出沉降器提高汽提蒸汽温度及增加急冷油冷却器的处理措施,实施后,有效地降低了两处结焦对工艺运行的影响,运行周期由不足2个月延长至7个月以上。
Aiming at the problem of short operation cycle of ACO unit caused by coking of disengager and oil-gas quench exchanger,three coke blocks at the inlet and outlet of disengager and oil-gas quench exchanger were sampled and analyzed.According to the analysis results,the causes of coking are analyzed,and it is concluded that polymerization coking,condensation coking and condensation coking are the main coking methods.The treatment measures of increasing the stripping steam temperature of the disengager and increasing the quench oil cooler are put forward.After implementation,the impact of two coking on the process operation is effectively reduced,and the operation cycle is extended from less than 2 months to more than 7 months.
