磷酸改性对γ-Al_(2)O_(3)载体水热稳定性和机械强度的影响

摘要 在含水或生成水的催化反应中,氧化铝载体的水热稳定性和机械强度是影响催化剂使用寿命的重要因素之一。采用XRD、SEM和喷杯式流化磨损装置等测试方法,考察了磷酸改性对γ-Al_(2)O_(3)载体水热稳定性和机械强度的影响。实验结果表明,γ-Al_(2)O_(3)载体的水热稳定性和机械强度随着载体中P含量的增加而显著增强;磷酸改性之所以能显著提高γ-Al_(2)O_(3)载体的水热稳定性和机械强度,可能原因是磷酸与载体表面的Al-OH发生反应形成多键和二聚结构物种包覆在载体表面。 In the catalytic reaction of containing or generating water,the hydrothermal stability and mechanical strength of alumina support are one of the important factors affecting the service life of the catalyst.The effect of phosphoric acid modification on wear resistance was investigated by XRD,SEM and spray cup fluidization wear device γ-Influence of Al_(2)O_(3)carrier on hydrothermal stability and mechanical strength.The experimental results show that,γ-The hydrothermal stability and mechanical strength of Al_(2)O_(3)support increased significantly with the increase of P content in the support;The reason why the modification of phosphoric acid is significantly improved γ-The hydrothermal stability and mechanical strength of Al_(2)O_(3)carrier may be due to the reaction between phosphoric acid and Al oh on the surface of the carrier to form multi bond and dimer structure,and the species are coated on the surface of the carrier.
