摘要
为实现醋酐羰化法的合理应用,对其生产过程中的主要焦油成因进行分析,包括乙醛及其衍生物所引起的焦油形成、丙酮及其衍生物所引起的焦油形成、元素碘、碘化盐以及无机物杂质所引起的焦油形成。
In order to realize the rational application of acetic anhydride carbonylation method,this paper analyzes the main causes of tar in its production process,including tar formation caused by acetaldehyde and its derivatives,tar formation caused by acetone and its derivatives,elemental iodine,iodide salt and inorganic impurities.It is hoped that this analysis can provide a scientific reference for tar control in acetic anhydride production.
