摘要
液化气纤维膜脱硫醇及碱液高效氧化再生(LiFT-HR)工艺在某石化公司催化裂化装置应用过程中,较为突出的问题是液化气总硫经常出现持续不合格情况,通过多方面的分析确定了改造思路,并于2020年完成了相关改造项目,且改造后达到预期目标,此方法可以在同类型装置推广。
During the application of LiFT-HR technology in the Catalytic Cracking Unit of a petrochemical company,the more prominent problem is that the total sulfur of LPG often continues to be unqualified.Through various analysis,the transformation idea is determined,and the relevant transformation projects are completed in 2020,and the expected objectives are achieved after the transformation.The method can be popularized in the same type of units.
