Compiling Thinking of Group Standard“Technical Regulations for Healthy Housing Informatization System”

健康住宅强调对居住者生理、心理、道德和社会适应等多层次健康需求的满足,随着健康产业和信息产业的发展和融合,极大地推动了健康住宅管理服务内容和形式的创新。开展中国工程建设标准化协会标准《健康住宅信息化系统技术规程》(以下简称《规程》)标准编制工作,目的是要明确健康住宅信息化系统功能定位,强化信息技术在健康住宅安全、健康、智慧和舒适四方面属性特征中的应用赋能,实现用户健康行为主动养成、健康环境主动营造和健康服务智慧推送等目标,指导和规范健康住宅项目信息化工程建设。

“Healthy Housing”emphasizes the satisfaction of the multi-level health needs of the occupants,such as physical,psychological,moral and social adaptation.With the development and integration of the health industry and the information industry,the innovation on the contents and the forms of healthy housing management services has been greatly promoted.This paper carries out the standard preparation work of the CECS group standard“Technical Regulations for Healthy Housing Informatization System”(hereinafter referred to as the“Regulations”),with the purpose of clarifying the functional positioning of the healthy housing informatization system,strengthening the application and empowerment of information technology in the four attribute characteristics of healthy homes including safety,health,wisdom and comfort,as well as realizing the goals of residents’active healthy behavior development,active healthy environment construction,and intelligent push of health services,so as to guide and standardize the construction of informatization engineering of healthy housing projects.
