分户式三恒系统及其能耗成本分析——以张家港暨阳府健康住宅项目为例

摘要 分户式三恒系统既安全又健康,是当下健康住宅室内空气品质的理想解决方案。本文以张家港暨阳府为例,主要介绍分户式三恒系统在住宅中的实际应用情况,包括空调冷热源配置、置换通风系统设计、个性化控制、施工工艺做法,通过对分户式三恒系统的热舒适度、直接投资、能耗等方面分析,使读者对分户式三恒系统有了更全面地了解,对于分户式三恒系统在以后住宅产品的使用上有一定的推广意义。 Household-type three constant system is both safe and healthy, which is an ideal solution for healthy indoor air quality of residential buildings. This paper takes Zhangjiagang Jiyangfu as an example, mainly introduces the actual application of the household-type three constant system in residential buildings, including the configuration of AC cooling and heating sources, the design of replacement ventilation systems,individualized control, and construction techniques. The analysis of thermal comfort, direct investment and energy consumption of the household-type three constant system enables readers to have a more comprehensive understanding of the household-type three constant system, which has certain promotion significance for the use of the household-type three constant system in residential projects in the future.
