高品质海绵景观一体化设计研究——以瀚海雅苑项目为例

Research on Integrated Design of High-quality Sponge Landscape——Taking Hanhai Yayuan project as example

海绵城市是生态文明建设的重要内容,其核心是利用低影响设计,实现雨洪管理。本文以海绵景观一体化设计为目标,剖析了海绵城市景观一体化设计应具备高品质、低影响、低成本的特点,并结合瀚海雅苑项目海绵景观一体化设计的实践思路,从人居环境及人类生存发展的需求出发,通过景观设计把“海绵”特色融入居住区,满足年径流总量控制率和SS去除率目标要求。这既平衡了景观效果和功能需求,也探索了符合时代要求的,具有系统性、长效性的景观与海绵一体化设计经验,为同类型项目高品质海绵城市设计提供了参考,具有一定的借鉴意义。

Sponge City is an important part of Ecological Civilization construction, with its core of utilizing low-impact design to realize rainwater and flood management. Taking the integrated design of sponge and landscape as the goal, this paper analyzes the characteristics of integrated design of sponge city and landscape with high quality, as well as low impact and low cost, and puts the idea of integrated design of sponge landscape into practice in combination with Hanhai Yayuan project. Starting from the needs of human living environment plus human survival and development, the characteristics of "sponge" are integrated into residential areas through landscape design to meet the target requirements of 75% annual total runoff control rate and SS removal rate. It not only balances the landscape effect and functional requirements, but also explores the systematic and long-term integrated design experience of landscape and sponge that meets the requirements of the times, which could provide certain reference for the design of high-quality Sponge Cities of similar projects.
