粘胶纤维工厂事故通风系统相关电气设计之探讨

摘要 在粘胶纤维工厂的生产过程中,由于会产生有毒有害气体或物质,故必须设置事故通风系统。但目前,在事故通风系统的供电等级、供电方式等电气设计方面,却一直没有统一、具体、明确的规定。同时,因用电目的不同,事故通风电气系统亦不应简单的归为消防类负荷。再则,如果在电气设计时直接按消防负荷供电,从风机附近的消防配电箱就近供电,反而可能导致出现安全隐患。借此,本文就粘胶纤维工厂事故通风系统供电等级、供电终端、热保护功能、联动运行等如何开展电气设计进行探讨。 In the production process of viscose fiber factory,toxic and harmful gases or substances will be generated,so emergency ventilation system must be set. However,at present,there are no unified,specific and clear regulations on the electrical design of the emergency ventilation system,such as the power supply level and power supply mode. At the same time,due to different purposes of power consumption,the emergency ventilation electrical system should not be simply classified as fire-fighting load. In addition,if the power supply is directly based on the fire load in the electrical design,and the power is supplied from the fire distribution box near the fan,it may lead to potential safety hazards. Therefore,this paper discusses how to carry out the electrical design of the emergency ventilation system of viscose fiber factory,such as power supply level,power supply terminal,thermal protection function and linkage operation.
