摘要
纳流液相色谱现在已经成为生化分析中非常重要的一个分离手段,它具有高分离度、低样品消耗和高灵敏度等显著优势。本文考察了一种新型反相球包球填料通过使用单颗粒柱塞技术制备纳流液相色谱柱的可行性,以及其在纳流液相色谱模式下的分离效能。
Nano-liquid chromatography is significant for biological and chemical analysis. It has advantages of high resolution,low sample consumption and high sensitivity. In this project,we successfully packed a new reverse phase SOS silica microspheres for nano-liquid chromatographic columns by using single particle fritting technology. We studied the nano-liquid chromatography performance of SOS silica microspheres.
