用高岭土和三氧化二铁制备聚合氯化铝铁工艺研究 被引量:1

摘要 由于高岭土含有Al_(2)O_(3),因此可将Fe_(2)O_(3)加入高岭土中,进而制备新型无机高分子絮凝剂聚合氯化铝铁(PAFC)。制备聚合氯化铝铁的工艺分煅烧、酸溶、调整盐基度聚合三个阶段。通过实验,得到高岭土的铝、铁溶出率最佳溶出条件:煅烧温度700℃,煅烧时间2.5h,盐酸浓度20%-25%,盐酸固液比1:4,酸溶温度80℃~85℃,酸溶时间2.5h,Fe_(2)O_(3)加入量为600 mg。Fe_(2)O_(3)溶出率98.3%,Al_(2)O_(3)的溶出率38.7%。调整盐基度聚合最佳条件:调整溶液p H值为4.5,熟化温度55℃~60℃,熟化时间7 h,盐基度为64%,浊度去除率达到94.8%。 The kaolin contains Al_(2)O_(3),Join the Fe_(2)O_(3)by using the,Used to prepare the novel inorganic polymer flocculant.The preparation of PAFC was processed by partial calcination、acid dissolution、three stages of adjusting salt base degree aggregation.Through the experiment,The optimal dissolution condition of aluminum and iron in kaolin is obtained:Calcination temperature is 700℃,the calcination time was 2.5 h,Concentration of hydrochloric acid 20%to 25%,Solid-liquid ratio1:4,acid dissolution temperature ranged from 80℃to 85℃,acid dissolution time was 2.5 h,Fe_(2)O_(3)was added to 600 mg,the Fe_(2)O_(3)dissolution rate was 98.3%,the dissolution rate of Al_(2)O_(3)was 38.7%.Adjust the optimal conditions for salt base degree polymerization:Adjust the solution p H to 4.5,The ripening temperature ranges from 55℃to 60℃,The maturation time was 7h,The salt base degree was 64%,The removal rate of turbidity reached 94.8%.
