营利性教师在线知识分享平台及其影响--以美国Teachers Pay Teachers为例

摘要 营利性教师在线知识分享平台的出现催生了教师之间的商业关系,也改变了知识分享这一行为及目的,知识沦为教师的私人物品。鉴于此,教师教育者需要具备良好的数字素养,不断学习和使用各种新兴的网络技术,深入教学一线,为教师提供个别化支持,让优质资源更多地以教师喜欢的方式出现在教师最常用的平台网站上。 With the rapid development of the Internet,teachers’online knowledge sharing platform has gradually changed from free sharing to profit-making in the US and some European countries.Teachers are willing to spend money on knowledge and experience from other teachers because they believe that these teachers know schools and teaching better than experts,and that methods designed by them are often effective.The significant differences in the quality evaluation of online teaching resources between experts and teacher buyers further proves that the views of the authorities do not necessarily meet the needs of the teachers’daily work.The emergence of a for-profit teacher online knowledge-sharing platform gives birth to the commercial relationship between teachers,changing the behavior and purpose of knowledge sharing,and knowledge becomes teachers’personal belongings.Thus,teacher educators should have good digital literacy,constantly learn to use various new online technologies,and deeply grasp the teaching practice and provide individualized support for teachers so as to upload high-quality resources to the most commonly used websites by teachers.
