乡村教师专业成长突围:身份认同与机制建构

摘要 本文基于文献研究和文本分析,提出乡村教师身份认同是实现专业成长的基本前提,运行机制是促进乡村教师专业成长的动力源泉。依据“他人认同”和“自我认同”在促进乡村教师专业成长机制建立中的不同作用,分别建构政策保障机制、文化牵引机制、自主驱动机制以及教研一体机制。这四大机制分工明确、连动运行、协同并进,共同组建了乡村教师专业成长的动力系统。通过乡村教师专业成长机制的建构及其实践,不断提升广大乡村教师的身份认同意识,带动和促进他们的专业成长,提升他们的专业素养。 At present,rural education and the construction of rural teachers are facing unprecedented opportunities for development.So it is of great significance to construct the professional growth mechanism of rural teachers under the new situation.Based on literature research and text analysis,this paper puts forward that the identity of rural teachers is the basic premise to achieve professional growth,and the operating mechanism is the power source to promote the professional growth of rural teachers.According to the different roles of“others identity”and“self-identity”in promoting the establishment of rural teachers’professional growth mechanism,we construct policy guarantee mechanism,cultural traction mechanism,independent driving mechanism and integrated teaching and research mechanism respectively.These four mechanisms have a clear division of labor,continuous operation and coordination,and jointly form a dynamic system for the professional growth of rural teachers.Through the construction and practice of rural teachers’professional growth mechanism,we can constantly enhance the identity awareness of rural teachers,promote and promote their professional growth,and improve their professional accomplishment.
