摘要
针对特定空间内门塔机之间交叉作业时存在较大碰撞风险的问题,本文结合航电枢纽项目施工的需要,阐述了基于分布式体系的门塔机群防碰撞系统的构建和安装工艺,给出了该系统在岷江犍为航电枢纽项目的应用情况。该系统对提升施工机械智能化、减少安全隐患、提升工作效率、降低开发成本具有现实意义。
There is a great risk of collision in view of the cross operation between specific space interior door tower cranes.The navigation-power junction project construction needs are combined in the paper.The construction and installation process of the gate tower crane cluster anti-collision system based on the distributed system is discussed.The application of the system in Minjiang Jianwei Navigation Junction Project is given.The system has realistic significance for improving the construction machinery intelligence,reducing safety risks,improving work efficiency,and reducing development costs.
