螺山泵站流道异型木模板支撑设计研究 被引量:1

摘要 螺山泵站进出水流道异型木模板体积大、自重大,形状及内部支撑构造复杂,普通的材料力学和结构力学分析手段难以清晰分析其复杂的应力、应变状态。本文利用有限元分析方法,准确分析了模板外壳以及支撑结构的应力、应变情况,并对模板支撑结构进行了优化设计。优化后整体应力情况变化不大,局部应力也未出现激增的情况,结构改良较为合理。本文研究可为类似工程设计与施工参考借鉴。 The special-shaped wood formwork in the inlet and outlet channel of Luoshan Pump station is large in volume with high self-weight.Its shape and internal support structure are complex.It is difficult to analyze its complex stress and strain state clearly by ordinary means of material mechanics and structural mechanics analysis.The stress and strain of formwork shell and supporting structure are analyzed accurately by means of finite element analysis.The supporting structure of the formwork is optimized.The overall stress is not changed greatly after optimization,and the local stress does not surge,and the structural improvement is reasonable.It provides important guidance for similar engineering design and construction.
