基础医学阶段PBL线上教学模式效果初探 被引量:5

An investigation on the effect of PBL online teaching mode during the pre-clinical education phase

摘要 目的新冠疫情推动了线上教学工作的展开和应用,本文旨在探讨深圳大学医学部基础医学教育阶段线上、线下以问题为基础的学习(problem-based learning,PBL)教学模式的应用和学生的反馈分析。方法本研究以本校2018级临床医学专业和口腔医学专业本科生为研究对象,采用问卷的方式进行线上、线下PBL教学效果的反馈和评估。结果共计129位临床和口腔本科生参与调查。53.49%的学生认为线下PBL学习方式更有助于师生及同学间的互动交流,40.31%的学生认为线下的学习效率及授课形式更好。另外,课程成果展示与汇报方式方面,学生认为幻灯片是较好的选择。结论在疫情期间,线上PBL课程发挥了重要作用,但是在鼓励和提升学生的存在感和参与度等方面不如线下PBL教学模式。 Objective Online teaching has been greatly promoted because of COVID-19 pandemic.This paper aimed to investigate the application of online and offline problem-based learning(PBL)during the pre-clinical education phase and the feedback from the students in Shenzhen University Health Science Center.Methods Medical and dental undergraduates of year 2018 were recruited in this study.Questionnaires were designed to investigate the effect of online and offline PBL courses.Results A total of 129 medical and dental undergraduates participated in the survey.53.49%of the students think that the offline PBL learning method is more conducive to the interaction between teachers,students and classmates.40.31%of students think that the offline learning have better efficiency and teaching form are also better.In addition,in terms of presentation and reporting of course results,students think that presenting a slide is a better choice.Conclusion During the outbreak of COVID-19,online PBL course provides a supplement to offline teaching,but it is not as good as offline PBL teaching mode in encouraging students and improving students’sense of presence and participation.
