百年住宅的建筑电气设计

摘要 百年住宅建筑电气的设计应基于SI建筑体系的理论从建筑长寿性能、品质优良性能、绿色持续性能几个方面开展,同时建立建筑信息模型实现项目全寿命期的信息化管理,全面保障百年住宅居住长久的品质。结合行业协会和地方的百年住宅设计标准、评价标准,对百年住宅电气设计中用电负荷容量的选取、设备管线在耐久年限、绿色节能方面如何选型、SI建筑体系设备管线安装敷设的方式、适用宜居性能上的智能化系统配置选择等进行了论述。 The electrical design of long-life sustainable housing should be based on the theory of SI building system, from the aspects of longevity performance of building, superior quality performance, green and sustainable performance.At the same time, the building information model should be established to realize the information management in the whole life cycle of the project and comprehensively ensure the long-term quality of long-life sustainable housing.Combined with the current associations and local long-life sustainable housing design standards and evaluation standards, the article discusses the selection of electricity load capacity in the long-life sustainable housing electrical design, how to select equipment and pipelines in terms of durability and green energy saving, the installation and laying methods of SI building system equipment and pipelines, and the intelligent system configuration selection for livable performance.
