观察自体富血小板血浆(PRP)与玻璃酸钠注射治疗对膝骨性关节炎患者的Lysholm膝关节功能评分、VAS评分及疗效

To observe the Lysholm knee function score,VAS score and curative effect of autologous platelet-rich plasma(PRP)and sodium hyaluronate injection in patients with knee osteoarthritis

目的分析观察自体富血小板血浆(PRP)与玻璃酸钠注射治疗对膝骨性关节炎患者的Lysholm膝关节功能评分、VAS评分及疗效。方法选择膝骨性关节炎患者76例为对象,分为参照组38例与研究组38例,参照组实施玻璃酸钠注射治疗,研究组采用PRP注射治疗,对比治疗效果。结果对于治疗后1个月、2个月的Lysholm膝关节功能评分,研究组各指标更优,P<0.05。研究组治疗有效率(97.37%)高于参照组(81.58%),P<0.05。研究组患者治疗后VAS评分明显低于参照组,差异明显,P<0.05,有统计学意义。研究组患者治疗后生活质量评分明显提高,与参照组比较,差异明显,P<0.05,有统计学意义。结论膝骨性关节炎患者采用PRP注射治疗,可有效改善膝关节功能,缓解临床症状,消除疼痛,提高治疗有效率,改善生活质量,治疗效果显著,可广泛应用于临床。

Objective To analyze and observe the Lysholm knee function score,VAS score and curative effect of autologous platelet-rich plasma(PRP)and sodiun hyaluronate injection in patients with knee osteoarthritis.Methods A total of 76 patients with knee osteoarthritis were selected and divided into a reference group of 38 cases and a study group of 38 cases.The reference group was treated with sodium hyaluronate injection,and the study group was treated with PRP injection to compare the therapeutic effects.Results For Lysholm knee function score at 1 nmth and 2 nmths after treatment,all indexes in the study group were better,P<0.05.The effective rate of treatment in the study group(97.37%)was higher than that in the reference group(81.58%),P<0.05.After treatment,the VAS score of the study group was significantly lower than that of the reference group,the difference was P<0.05,which was statistically significant.The quality of life scares of the patients in the study group were significantly inproved after treatment,and compared with the reference group,the difference was P<0.05,which was statistically significant.Conclusion Knee osteoarthritis patients treated with PRP injection can effectively inprove knee joint function,relieve clinical synptans,eliminate pain,inprove treatment efficiency,and inprove quality of life.The treatment effect is remarkable and can be widely used in clinical practice.
