匹多莫德、祛疣汤联合超脉冲CO_(2)激光治疗难治性扁平疣30例临床观察

Clinical observation on 30 cases of refractory verruca plana treated with pidotimod,Quyou Decoction and ultra pulsed CO_(2) laser

目的探讨匹多莫德、祛疣汤联合超脉冲CO_(2)激光治疗难治性扁平疣的疗效。方法对门诊易复发的难治性扁平疣30例患者给予匹多莫德、祛疣汤口服,同时联合超脉冲CO_(2)激光对大的疣体间断去除观察,一个月为一个疗程,两个疗程结束1个月后对疗效进行判定,随访复发情况在第二个疗程结束后3个月进行。在观察疗效的同时,详细记录患者出现的不良反应。结果30例均完成治疗。治疗后1个月评估有效率达96.7%。所有患者在激光治疗后出现结痂,脱痂后,6例病人短时间内出现皮肤色素沉着,采取淡斑、保湿、防晒等措施后自行消退。结论匹多莫德、中药祛疣汤联合超脉冲CO_(2)激光治疗难治性扁平疣取得良好疗效,可改善细胞免疫功能,没有发生不能耐受的不良反应,且患者依从性较好,复发率明显降低,值得临床应用推广。

Objective To investigate the curative effect of the superpulse CO_(2)laser treatment on refractory flat warts.Method The outpatient relapse refractory flat wart 30 patients with pitamp,clearing wart soup oral,at the sane time combined super pulse CO_(2)laser of large warts intermittent removal for a month for a course of treatment,two courses after a month to determine outcome,follor-up recurrence in three months after the end of the second course of treatment.The adverse effects were recorded in detail while observing the efficacy.Results All 30 patients conpleted the treatment.The response rate was up to 96.7%one month after treatment.All patients developed scab after laser treatment,and 6 patients showed skin pigmentation in a short time after shedding,which spontaneously subsided by light spots,moisturizing and sun protection.The recurrence rate was 4%at three months after treatment.Cone I usion Pitdomod,Traditional Chinese medicine dispel wart soup and superpulse CO_(2)laser treatment of refractory flat wart has achieved good effect,can improve cellular imiLine function,no intolerable adverse reactions,and patients have good compliance,recurrence rate is significantly reduced,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
