摘要
目的探讨低体温预测模型与无线体温传感器应用于腹部手术患儿对术中体温保护的效果。方法选择2021年1月-2022年1月南京医科大学附属无锡儿童医院收治的择期行腹部手术的患儿98例,随机分为两组,各49例。对照组使用常规覆盖法保温,试验组使用低体温预测模型进行低体温风险评估,再使用无线体温传感器实时监测体温,并采取保温措施。记录两组患儿不同时间点核心温度变化及术中凝血指标,并统计两组患儿低体温相关并发症发生率,进行比较分析。结果试验组切皮后30min、60min、90min、120min的体温均高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组术中低体温、寒战发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组术中PT、TT、APTT水平低于对照组,PLT水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论低体温预测模型结合无线体温传感器对腹部手术患儿术中体温保护效果显著,还可改善患儿术中凝血功能,降低术中低体温、寒战发生率。
Objective To investigate the effect of hypothermia prediction model and wireless body temperature sensor on intraoperative body temperature protection in children undergoing abdominal surgery.Methods A total of 98 children with elective abdominal surgery who were adnitted to our hospital fran January 2021 to January 2022 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 49 cases in each group.The control group used conventional covering method to keep warm while the experimental group used a hypothermia prediction model to assess the risk of hypothermia,and then used a wireless body tenperature sensor to monitor the body tenperature in real time and take heat preservation measures.The changes of core tenperature and intraoperative coagulation indexes at different time points in the two groups of children were recorded,and the incidence of hypothermia-related complications in the two groups was compared and analyzed Results The body tenperature 30min,60min,90min and 120min after skin incision in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05);the incidence of intraoperative hypothermia and chills in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of PT,TT and APTT were lower than those of the control group,and the level of PLT was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The hypothermia prediction model combined with the wireless body tenperature sensor has a significant effect on intraoperative body tenperature protection in children undergoing abdominal surgery,and can also improve the intraoperative blood coagulation function and reduce the incidence of intraoperative hypothermia and chills.
