摘要
目的研究三维管理模式在无锡市人民医院骨科植入物管理中的效果。方法在2019年1月-2020年12月对该院的骨科植入物管理进行调查,2019年1月-12月实施常规管理,设为实施前;2020年1月-12月实施三维管理模式,设为实施后。在实施前、实施后分别选取50例骨科植入手术患者作为观察对象。对比实施前、实施后患者的不良事件发生率(螺钉批号错误、备货左右侧错误、植入物相关感染、器械缺损、植入物包装破损或过期)、管理质量评分、手术医师满意度。结果实施后患者的不良事件发生率(2.00%)显著低于实施前(14.00%)(χ^(2)=4.891,P<0.05);实施后植入物质量把控、植入物接收流程、植入物消毒灭菌管理评分分别为(88.21±9.10)分、(89.33±9.74)分、(90.47±9.28)分,均高于实施前的(82.64±9.27)分、(84.48±9.02)分、(85.74±9.13)分(t=3.122、2.660、2.947,P<0.05);实施后手术医师对骨科植入物满意度(96.00%)显著高于实施前(84.00%)(χ^(2)=4.000,P<0.05)。结论在无锡市人民医院骨科植入物管理中采用三维管理模式,能有效降低骨科植入手术患者的不良事件发生率,提高管理质量和手术医师满意度。
Objective To study the effect of three-dimensional management mode in the management of orthopedic implants in Wuxi People’s Hospital.Methods The management of orthopedic inplants in our hospital was investigated from January 2019 to December 2020.Routine management was inplemented from January 2019 to December 2019,and three-dimensional management mode was implemented from January to December 2020.Fifty orthopedic inplant patients were selected as observation objects before and after implementation.The incidence of adverse events(wrong screw batch nunfcer,wrong left and right side of product preparation,inplant-related infection,device defect,inplant packaging damage or expiration),management quality score and surgeon satisfaction were compared before and after implementation.Results The incidence of adverse events after inplementation(2.00%)was significantly lower than before(14.00%)(χ^(2)=4.891,P<0.05).After inplementation,the scores of inplant quality control,inplant receiving process,and inplant disinfection and sterilization management were(88.21±9.10),(89.33±9.74),(90.47±9.28),respectively.Higher than those before inplementation(82.64±9.27),(84.48±9.02),(85.74±9.13)(t=3.122,2.660,2.947,P<0.05);Surgeons’satisfaction with orthopedic inplants after inplementation(96.00%)was significantly higher than that before inplementation(84.00%)(χ^(2)=4.000,P<0.05).Conelusion The three-dimensional management model in the management of orthopedic inplants in Wuxi People’s Hospital can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse events in patients with orthopedic inplants,improve the quality of management and the satisfaction of surgeons.
