MONITORING AND ANALYSIS OF THE DEFORMATION FOR PLATE-PLUG-PIN STEEL TUBULAR SCAFFOLD UNDER A BEAM

摘要 探讨了盘扣式高支模预压方法,设计了高支模预压时间和预压荷载,采用远程实时模架监测系统对选定模架立杆监测点变形数据进行了采集。数据分析表明,整个监测过程中所有测点变形均没有超过规范规定,模架安全可靠并被后期浇筑混凝土工程所验证,研究结论可为房建工程模板支撑架预压方法和变形实时监测提供参考。 The scaffold preloading method of plate-plug-pin steel tubular scaffold with socket and spigot was discussed.The preloading time and preloading load were designed,meanwhile,the real-time monitoring system was used to monitor the deformation of the mould base.Data analysis shows that,the deformation of all measuring points did not exceed the specification during the whole monitoring process,where the formwork was safe and reliable,and has been verified by the later pouring concrete project.The conclusion provides a reference for the preloading method of formwork support frame and real-time deformation monitoring.
