摘要
为提高滨海地铁地质断裂处盾构同步注浆的安全性与隧道的稳定性,研究不同水胶比、粉灰比双浆液注浆材料基础性能,得到以下结论:水胶比的增大,导致泌水率降低,添加膨润土后,泌水率满足施工要求;化学胶凝时间、物理胶凝时间均随水灰比、体积比增大而增大;抗压强度随着水灰比、水玻璃的掺量的增大而减小,粉灰比为0.3时,抗压强度最大。
To improve the safety of simultaneous grouting of shields and the stability of tunnels at the geological fractures of Binhai Metro,this paper studies the basic properties of double-grouting materials with different water-cement ratios and powder-ash ratios,and draws the following conclusions:the increase of watercement ratio,resulting in a decrease in the bleeding rate.After adding bentonite,the bleeding rate meets the construction requirements;the chemical gelling time and physical gelling time increase with the increase of the water-cement ratio and volume ratio;the compressive strength increases with the water-cement ratio,When the content of water glass increases,it decreases.When the powder-ash ratio is 0.3,the compressive strength is the largest.
