摘要
青海省独特的地理环境和冷凉气候条件下生产的夏菜品质优良、绿色无污染,市场发展潜力巨大。目前青海高原夏菜集中在6月~10月上市,其中50%对外输出以外销为主,占全年蔬菜总产量的30%,因此成为青海省蔬菜产业发展的亮点,亦是青海省打造绿色有机农畜产品输出地的重要组成部分。为了加快青海高原夏菜发展,文章对青海高原夏菜产业发展现状、优势进行了总结,对发展夏菜存在的问题进行了分析,最后对青海省高原夏菜产业发展提出了措施和建议。
Summer vegetables produced in Qinghai Province are of high quality,green and pollution-free under the unique geographical environment and cold climate conditions,and have huge market development potential.At present,summer vegetables in Qinghai plateau are mainly listed from June to October,of which 50%is exported,accounting for 30%of the total annual vegetable production.Therefore,it has become the highlight of the development of vegetable industry in Qinghai Province and an important part of creating a green and organic agricultural and livestock products export place.In this paper,the present situation,advantages and existing problems of Qinghai plateau summer vegetable industry were analyzed,and suggestions were put forward for the development of Qinghai plateau summer vegetable industry.
