摘要 为实现多执行元件联动时负载独立流量分配,设计了一种抗流量饱和多路阀,主要包括多路阀结构、控制联阀体、主阀芯液控比例、负载压力补偿设计。应用AMESim仿真分析平台,建立了多路阀的仿真模型,以理论计算为基础,根据海工起重机主起升、变幅控制联同时动作典型工况,对变幅控制联负载压力按恒定或正弦曲线变化进行了仿真计算,得到了流量自动分配结果,且补偿精度优于90%,并经过试验验证,满足设计要求。 In order to achieve independent flow distribution of load when multiple action elements work,a flow-saturated resistant multiple direction valve is designed,which mainly consists of structure,sandwich plate,main spool proportional hydraulic control,and load pressure compensation design.Based on AMESim software,the multiple direction valve simulation model is built.On the basis of theoretical calculation,and according to main hoisting and luffing sandwich plate work simultaneously,simulation calculation of luffing sandwich load pressure(remain unchanged or changes in sinusoidal waveform)is done.Finally,automatic flow distribution results are achieved,and compensation accuracy is better than 90%,which is validated by tests and meet the design goal.
