合作研发对企业创新能力的非线性影响研究

Research on the nonlinear impact of collaborative research and development on the innovation ability of enterprises

在开放式创新模式下,企业间合作研发能够有效解决自身资源短缺、创新机会匮乏等问题,但合作导致的创新能力不足也成为合作研发高风险和高失败率的主要原因。本文以深沪两地上市的2013—2020全部A股企业为研究对象,从创新效率和创新持续性这两个维度实证研究合作研发与创新能力之间的非线性关系,并分析了关系投入和研发投入的调节效应。结果表明:合作研发与企业创新能力之间呈现倒U型关系;关系投入和研发投入显著负向调节合作研发与创新效率的倒U型关系,显著正向调节合作研发与创新持续性的倒U型关系。因此企业在合作的过程中把握好合作程度有助于实现合作多方收益最大化,促进企业可持续创新发展。

Under the open innovation model,cooperative research and development between enterprises can effec-tively solve the problems of lack of their own resources and lack of innovation opportunities,but the lack of innova-tion ability caused by cooperation has also become the main reason for the high risk and high failure rate of coopera-tive research and development.This paper takes all a-share companies listed in Shenzhen and Shanghai from 2013 to 2020 as the research object,empirically studies the nonlinear relationship between cooperative R&D and innova-tion capability from two dimensions of innovation efficiency and innovation sustainability,and analyzes the modera-ting effect of relationship investment and R&D investment.The results show that there is an inverted U-shaped rela-tionship between cooperative R&D and firm innovation capability.Relationship input and R&D input significantly negatively moderated the inverted U-shaped relationship between cooperative R&D and innovation efficiency,and significantly positively moderated the inverted U-shaped relationship between cooperative R&D and innovation per-sistence.Therefore,grasping the degree of cooperation in the process of cooperation will help maximize the benefits of cooperation and promote the sustainable innovation and development of enterprises.
