摘要
运用负灰色相似关联度模型测算了菲尔兹奖的逆向激励效应。参照菲尔兹奖存在的问题,对我国现行科技人才激励机制进行分析。按照习近平总书记提出的科技评价“以创新价值、能力、贡献为导向”的原则和让院士等人才称号“回归荣誉性、学术性”的重要思想,提出了通过科技人才激励机制改革,从根本上消除急功近利的浮躁心态,将广大科技人员引入人人研究真问题、争创真价值、追求真贡献之正确轨道的思考和建议。
The reverse incentive effect of the Fields Medal is calculated by using the negative similitude grey rela-tional degree model.Referring to the problems existing in the Fields Medal,the current incentive mechanism of sci-entific and technological talents in China was analyzed.According to the principle of“innovation value,ability and contribution oriented”put forward by General secretary Jinping Xi and the important idea of“returning the honorary and academic nature”of the titles of academicians and other talents,the thinking and suggestions of fundamentally eliminating the impetuous mentality of being eager for quick success and quick profits through the reform of the in-centive mechanism for scientific and technological talents,and introducing the vast number of scientific and techno-logical personnel into the correct track of everyone studying real problems,striving for real values and pursuing real contributions were put forward.
