城市产业园区的地下空间利用设计研究——以青岛国际院士港生命药洲项目为例

Study on Underground Space Utilization Design of Urban Industrial Park: A Case of Qingdao International Academician Port Life Medicine Island Project

随着城市的发展、城市化水平的提高,城市空间得到极大拓展。但同时也带来诸多问题,特别是在空间利用上,城市人口大量增加带来了空间的高强度开发,对城市地下空间利用提出了更高的要求。产业园作为城市空间的重要组成类型,其地下空间的开发利用也愈来愈引起多层次、多维度的重视,“互联网+”的大背景又给其带来了许多新的挑战。本文以青岛国际院士港生命药洲项目为例,尝试从功能组织、交通整合、地下休憩空间的安排、绿色空间的合理布局四个方面对该项目地下空间进行整体分析,以期得到有益的实践概括与理念借鉴。

With the development of the city and the improvement of the level of urbanization, the urban space has been greatly expanded. At the same time, it also brings many problems, especially in the space utilization, and the large increase of urban population brings the high-intensity development of space, which puts forward higher requirements for the utilization of urban underground space.Industrial park as an important type of urban space, the development and utilization of its underground space has attracted more and more multi-level and multi-dimensional attention. Under the background of Internet +, many new challenges have been brought forward.Taking Qingdao International Academician Port Life Medicine Island Project as an example, the paper tries to carry out an overall analysis on the underground space of the project from four aspects of functional organization, transportation integration, the arrangement of the underground recreation space, and the reasonable layout of green space, with a view to obtain the helpful practice summary and to draw lessons from it.
