基于能耗模拟的历史建筑节能特性研究——以太原市某工人文化宫为例

摘要 随着城镇化的高速发展,大量的历史建筑因为功能落后、经营不善等问题面临着被拆毁或进行适应性改造的挑战,而历史建筑因为建造年代久远,有着巨大的节能改造潜力。近些年,对历史建筑的保护与节能改造逐渐成为时代对社会发展的要求。本文以太原市某工人文化宫为研究对象,利用De ST-C模拟软件分析比较历史建筑改造过程中空调设备性能参数与围护结构热工参数对能耗的影响。研究表明:空调设备性能参数对历史建筑全年负荷的影响更大;对于寒冷地区的历史建筑改造而言,空调设备性能参数在冬季采暖负荷中影响更大,围护节能热工参数在夏季制冷负荷中影响更大。 In the face of the rapid development of urbanization,a large number of historical buildings are facing the challenge of demolition or adaptive transformation due to problems such as backward functions and poor management, while historical buildings are built for a long time and have great potential for energy-saving transformation. In recent years, the protection and energy-saving transformation of historical buildings have gradually become the requirements of the Times for green buildings in social development.This paper takes a worker’s cultural palace in Taiyuan city as the research object, and uses DeST-C simulation software to analyze and compare the effects of thermal parameters of envelope structure and performance parameters of air conditioning equipment on energy consumption of historical buildings after renovation. The results show that the performance parameters of air-conditioning equipment have a greater impact on the annual load of historic buildings.For the reconstruction of historical buildings in cold areas, the performance parameters of air-conditioning equipment have a greater impact on the heating load in winter, and the thermal parameters of maintenance and energy saving have a greater impact on the cooling load in summer.
