城市消防专项规划编制探讨——以山西省祁县县城消防专项规划为例

Discussion on the Formulation of Urban Fire Protection Special Planning: A Case of the Special Fire Control Plan of Qi County in Shanxi Province

随着城镇化水平的提高,人们对公共安全、和谐家园的意识逐渐增强,对消防也有了更高、更新的要求。2018年,国家组建了综合性消防救援队伍,重点发挥主战主调作用,着眼“全灾种、大应急”的消防任务,健全灾害事故分级应对制度,完善综合应急救援预案,优化升级各级消防救援指挥中心,确保人民生命和财产安全。本文以山西省晋中市祁县县城消防专项规划为例,结合实际情况分析探讨城市消防专项规划编制的内容和思路。

With the improvement of urbanization level,people’s awareness of public safety and harmonious home is gradually enhanced,and they have higher and new requirements for fire protection.In 2018,the state set up a comprehensive firefighting and rescue team,focusing on the fire fighting task of "all kinds of disasters and major emergencies",improving the hierarchical response system for disasters and accidents,improving comprehensive emergency and rescue plans,and optimizing and upgrading fire rescue command centers at all levels to ensure the safety of people ’s lives and properties.This paper takes the special fire planning of Qi County in Jinzhong City,Shanxi Province as an example,analyzes and discusses the contents and ideas of the special fire planning of the city combined with the actual situation.
