关联性与整体性视角的历史文化空间单元研究——以西安市为例

Study on Historical and Cultural Spatial Units from the Perspective of Relevance and Integrity: A Case of Xi’an

从整体性和关联性视角探讨了历史文化空间与空间单元之间的差异与联系。基于历史文化空间的单元性和结构性特点,提出了历史文化空间单元的理论概念。以古都西安为例,对历史文化空间单元进行了类型化研究。将西安中心城区历史文化空间单元划分为历史文化街区及历史风貌区单元、重要历史群落单元、关键历史节点及空间要素单元、典型文化空间单元、其他历史文化空间单元五个类型。结合西安历史文化空间单元的整体性与关联性特征,提出建立从“历史文化空间结构”到“历史文化空间单元”的双层级规划管控体系;建立历史文化空间单元规划管控与保护衔接机制;重视社区生活圈与历史文化空间单元的有效衔接的规划保护方法。

The differences and connections between historical and cultural spaces and spatial units are discussed from the perspective of integrity and relevance. Based on the unitary and structural characteristics of historical and cultural space, the theoretical concept of historical and cultural space unit is put forward. Taking the ancient capital Xi’an as an example, this paper studies the typification of historical and cultural space units. The historical and cultural space units of Xi’an central urban area are divided into five unit types:historical and cultural block and historical style area unit, important historical community unit, key historical node and space element unit, typical cultural space unit and other historical and cultural space unit. Combining with the integrity and relevance of Xi’an’s historical and cultural space units, the paper proposes to establish a two-level planning and control system from “historical and cultural space structure” to “historical and cultural space unit”. It establishes a linkage mechanism for planning, control and protection of historical and cultural space units. The suggestions on planning and protection methods that attach importance to the effective connection between community living circle and historical and cultural space units are put forward.
